How much does a fence cost?
Our full-privacy pressure-treated fences run $50/ft with 4×4 posts and $55/ft with 6×6 posts and pyramid caps. One standard gate is included free on every project; additional gates start at $400 depending on design. Every project carries a $3,000 minimum charge. What's included in the price?
Pressure-treated wood throughout, 6×6 posts with pyramid caps on our 6×6 builds, one standard gate, and a final walkthrough when the job is done. Old fence removal isn't in the online estimate — we assess it during the free site visit and price it there.
How do payments work?
Simple and staged: 10% deposit to book the job and order materials, 50% when materials are delivered to your site, and the balance on completion. No hidden fees, no surprises.
How long is my quote valid?
Seven days from the quote date. Lumber prices move, so we lock your price for a week while you decide.
What do I need to provide before the build?
Three things: mark or stake your property limits (a survey if you have one), locate any private underground utilities like sprinklers, pool heaters or gas lines, and allow 4 ft of working access along the fence line.
Do you only build fences?
No — fences are our most popular residential job, but we also build decks, patios, polycarbonate basement canopies, and commercial interiors and exteriors including restaurants, offices and daycares.
